Without large-scale energy storage, the promise of clean energy remains incomplete -- and the reliability that communities and industries depend on is at risk.

OMRAM Energy was founded on the conviction that battery energy storage systems are not just a technology solution, but critical infrastructure. Our team came together with a shared vision: to develop, own, and operate utility-scale BESS assets that serve as the stabilizing backbone of a rapidly evolving grid. We saw an industry in need of operators who think in decades, not quarterly cycles -- partners who treat every project as a long-term commitment to the communities and markets they serve.

Our build-own-operate approach reflects this philosophy. Rather than developing projects to sell, we retain ownership and steward each asset through its full lifecycle -- from site selection and engineering through commissioning, optimization, and eventual augmentation.
